SEAL-NR Erasmus+ Launches Synchronous Virtual Exchange Training Programmes

The International Balkan University (IBU), as lead coordinator of the Erasmus+ project SEAL-NR – Skills Enrichment for Adaptive Leadership in the New Reality, funded by the European Union, officially announces the commencement of synchronous training activities under European Virtual Hub for Education and Adaptation in Emergencies (EVHEAE), established at Kyiv National University of Design and Technology in Ukraine.

Therefore, we invite partner institutions, academic staff, youth organizations, and business leaders to engage with SEAL-NR. Registration and scheduling information will be shared through official channels shortly.

SEAL-NR is under the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges programme, and it is designed to address the growing demand for digital fluency, intercultural dialogue, psychological resilience, and entrepreneurial adaptability among young people and educators in Europe and beyond — particularly those affected by displacement, conflict, and rapid technological change.

Training Structure

The programme encompasses three distinct training tracks:

  • Track I — Facilitator & Educator Training: 10 advanced sessions (16 contact hours, 6 ECTS equivalent) for 250 facilitators and tutors from partner countries on effective use of VE technologies in educational settings.

  • Track II — 21st-Century Soft Skills Training: 8 synchronous sessions (16 contact hours, 3 ECTS) delivered via Zoom and MIRO to over 1,000 young participants. Includes basic, intermediate, and advanced certification levels.

  • Track III — Social and Psychological Adaptation (SPA): 8 specialized sessions for 850 participants, with a focus on trauma-aware facilitation and crisis resilience.

Further information on training schedules, registration procedures, and access to the EVHEAE platform will be published on partner institutional websites and distributed via official social media channels and direct communication to registered stakeholders.
